Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device on subsequent visits or while you navigate between pages. Similar technologies — including local storage, session storage and tracking pixels — work in a comparable way and are covered by this policy.
2. Cookies used on this website
This website is deliberately minimal. As of the date above, we do not use:
- analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom);
- advertising or marketing trackers (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel);
- profiling cookies;
- session-replay or heatmap tools;
- social media embeds that set cookies before user interaction.
The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary, technical cookies used by the hosting infrastructure to deliver the site safely (for example, load balancing or basic security). These do not require consent under Article 122 of the Italian Codice Privacy.
3. Third-party services that may load on the page
Two third-party services are loaded as part of normal page rendering:
| Service | Purpose | Cookies / tracking | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts | Loads the typefaces used on this site (Big Shoulders Display, Space Grotesk) | Does not set cookies; however, the request reveals your IP address to Google's servers | Google Ireland Ltd. |
| Formsubmit.co | Delivers your contact-form submission to our email inbox. Only loaded after you submit the form. | Does not set cookies on this site; processes the submitted form data on its servers | Formsubmit.co (United States) |
We are working to self-host the Google Fonts files on our own server so that no third-party request is made on page load. Once that change is shipped, this section will be updated.
4. How to manage cookies
Because we do not set non-essential cookies, no action is required from you. If you still wish to manage cookies on your device, every modern browser provides controls to block or delete them. See the documentation for your browser:
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.
5. Changes to this policy
If we add any service that uses cookies for analytics, advertising or any other non-essential purpose, we will (a) update this policy, (b) install a compliant consent banner aligned to the Italian Garante's guidelines on cookies, and (c) block those services from running until valid consent has been collected.
