Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 10 June 2026 · Last reviewed: 10 June 2026

1. Our commitment

ConsulBuild di Vecchiato Edoardo is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including users of assistive technologies. We aim to align our work with the European Accessibility Act (EU Directive 2019/882) and with the technical specifications referenced by it (EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA).

2. Scope of this statement

This statement applies to the public website hosted under the domain operated by Consulbuild and to the contact form embedded on the homepage. It does not extend to third-party services that the website may link to (for example, the official websites of our integration partners).

3. Conformance status

This website is built and continuously tuned to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We perform a self-assessment review against the standard and document the result here.

Current conformance status: partially conformant. We are aware that real-world content evolves and we may identify barriers over time. Where this is the case, we make them visible below and commit to fixing them.

4. Features supporting accessibility

  • Semantic HTML structure with clearly labelled landmarks (header, main, footer, etc.);
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation;
  • Sufficient colour contrast for body text and interactive elements;
  • Form fields with associated labels;
  • Decorative graphics marked aria-hidden so they are skipped by screen readers;
  • Respect for the user's reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion);
  • Responsive layout that adapts down to 320 px viewport width.

5. Known limitations

At the time of this statement no known critical accessibility barriers have been identified. Any limitation discovered through user feedback or future audits will be listed here together with the planned remediation date.

6. Compatibility

The website is designed to work with current versions of mainstream desktop and mobile browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and to be operable with the keyboard, mouse, and assistive technologies such as screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack).

7. Feedback & how to report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, or if you would like to request information in an alternative format, please contact us:

We aim to acknowledge your message within 5 working days and provide a substantive response or remediation plan within 30 days.

8. Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with the response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national accessibility authority designated under the implementation of the European Accessibility Act in your country. In Italy, the designated authority is AgID — Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale.

9. Assessment method

This statement is based on a self-assessment performed by the website's development team, combining manual review (keyboard testing, screen-reader spot checks, contrast audit) and automated tooling. The next planned assessment is scheduled within 12 months of the date above.
